Order Processing Time
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure preparation time.
For urgent orders (less than 48 hours), please contact us first to confirm availability.
Product Inspection Before Delivery
We will inspect and confirm the condition of the product before dispatch.
Once the floral arrangement leaves our studio, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Delivery Timings & Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, etc.) may occur.
Special Time Requests: Customers requiring a specific delivery time should contact us in advance to arrange.
Delivery Time Changes: Any adjustments to the delivery time must be requested at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch.
Customers must provide an accurate and reachable delivery address.
Customer Availability
Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, we reserve the right to leave the product in a safe location or reschedule (additional fees may apply)
Remote areas: Additional $80 surcharge.
Free delivery on orders over $1,200 (to a single address).

地址確認：請確保送貨地址正確，如需更改，必須在 預定發貨時間前至少4小時 通知我們。
請確保有人能接收貨物，如無人接收，我們有權將產品放置在安全地點或重新安排送貨（可能產生額外費用）。
根據送貨地區顯示運費：
香港島 – $150
九龍 – $100
新界 – $120
偏遠地區：需額外加收 $80 附加費。
單一地址訂單滿 $1,200 可享 免運費。
